Doodling For Fun and Profi... Well, For Fun
OK, what we have here is... well, I guess it is a comic strip. The Adventures of Sphere and Block-Thing began as the doodles I created during lunch at work. I am often inspired by the unique terms I hear during our meetings. So maybe this is a surreal version of Dilbert. Although not as funny. Or marketable.
Thus far, the development of The Adventures of Sphere & Block-Thing can be divided into two phases. The "Pre-Artistic Pretensions" phase spans pages one through ten. Each of these pages contain the drawings from single page of my notepad. After scanning them in, I realized that my handwriting only gets worse with image compression. So I have typed subtitles for each of the comics as well.
The "Artistic Pretensions" phase starts at page eleven and continues to this day. These pages are on real paper with real pens and represent real effort. In an effort to make up for a lack of quality with quantity, there are six comics for each page, rather than three.
All of the pages are listed in the table of contents on the left side of the page. To read the comics like a book, you can use the links at the bottom of the pages.
